Wij really enjoyed our stay, location kan zijn great and close to both sightseeing, restaurants and metro. Note that the elevator kan zijn tiny so checking in and out is a bit ofwel workout.
A very lively neighbourhood with lots ofwel excellent eetgelegenheden, bars, coffee shops ,grocery and appels and vegetable markets. It was great to be so close to our accommodation after an evening out in the neighbourhood. Close to metro, train and bus lines. We had a few problems opening the lockbox but it was taken care of very quickly by Dylan. Apartment was very clean and bright and uncluttered. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Only concern was a strong odour emanating from one ofwel the bathrooms in the shower stall.
The accommodation is simple and the equipment is basic (especially in the kitchen) but it matches the description and kan zijn an excellent value for money.
We felt very comfortable in the small cozy apartment and always liked to come "home" every night after our sightseeing program. The metro kan zijn a few steps away and so wij were always quite uncomplicated in the center. Thanks Lydie and Phan for the wonderful time!

Park undercover right outside your front via and enjoy a very light and bright filled welcome. The decor kan zijn simple, unfussy. Everything you need is here in the galley kitchen, laundry area, dining and comfy living room.
The kitchen was well equipped with top ofwel the line appliances if you aangezien to make your own food. I suggest adding some knives that are not steak knives I appreciated having a salad spinner. A generous supply of coffee pods was provided for the Nespresso machine. It was challenging to figure out how to work the convection oven and turn off the smart TV art screen. It would be helpful to have a binder with instruction manuals. Would recommend and stay again.
The unit is impeccable, very safe and tasteful, with everything you need to spend a nice stay in Paris :) I highlight the friendliness and flexibility ofwel the guys to make our trip even easier and more relaxed! Wij will definitely be back!
Luckily, she didn't. The home was amazing for our large family. Everyone had enough space and a bit of privacy. Wij were in a heat wave, but there were plenty of fans that helped. There were so many house plants! Everything was beautiful & felt alive. Ray came by to mineraalwater them, he's great! There's a sweet bakery on the corner my daughter visited every morning. The neighborhood is quiet & safe. There is a park down the street. The house is close to 3 metro lines so you're still in the middle of everything.

Mathilde and Denis apt is super well located, close to downtown Montmartre and very close to Metro lines to quickly connect with the rest ofwel the city.
The only negative point kan zijn the distance from Paris, however, it is so close to the metro, literally 2min walk, so it was not a problem for us. I would definitely recommend and stay again in Clemence’s place.
